違う人に送金してしまったミスの話をしました。

その件について本日ペイパルのアカウントマネージャーに
相談したところまさかの展開になりました。

■バイヤーからの値引き交渉に応じるべきか？
はい、僕の場合は値引き交渉に応じます。
なぜなら商品を１個でも多く売って利益を大きく
したいからです。
当然のことですが利益が取れる範囲内での値引き
に応じればよいと思います。
極端な話、利益ゼロの価格を提示して売れるなら
還付金の８％狙いで売ってしまうという手もあります。
そうでない場合、利益率５％～１０％の薄利で販売していると
すでにディスカウント価格で販売しているようなものです。
そういった商品をさらに安くしてくれといわれても
厳しい場合があります。
しかし、１個でも多く商品を売りたいですよね。
こんなとき僕の場合は下記の２パターンの対応をしています。
１、数ドルだけディスカウントする
２、「ペイパルからインボイスを送った場合は○○の価格で売ってもいいよ」と直接取引に誘う
１、数ドルだけディスカウントする
バイヤーはもっと値引きできると思っています。
しかし、僕の場合は正直これ以上の値引きをしたくないです。
なので、正直に「すでに値引きしている」、「今の価格が
ベストプライスです」と説明します。
このように説明した後に「でもコンタクトしてくれたので
数ドルなら値引きします」
といって、3ドルくらい値引きした価格を提示します。
こう決めておくと毎回考えなくてすむのがメリットです。
定型文を作っておけば良いだけです。
その結果、購入してくれるバイヤーもいるし、音沙汰が
無くなるバイヤーもいます。
購入してくれるバイヤーはおそらく少しでも安くなれば
良いといった考え方で質問してくると思います。
逆に質問したあとに返答を待ちきれなくて購入する
バイヤーもいます。
朝起きて質問の返事を書こうと思って念のために
売れた商品をチェックすると質問してきたバイヤー
だったりします。
質問してくれるバイヤーはその商品にかなり
興味を持っているのは確かです。
２、「ペイパルからインボイスを送った場合は
○○の価格で売ってもいいよ」と直接取引に誘う
これもバイヤーは心得ているようでペイパルの
メールアドレスを送ってくれます。
通常ebayのメッセージフォームからメールアドレスを
記載すると削除されてメールが届きます。
しかし、ペイパルからの直接取引に慣れている
バイヤーはメールアドレスを伝える方法を工夫して
送ってくれます。

■編集後記
面倒なことになったなぁ～と思いながら恐る恐る
「送金ミスを取り消せないか」と聞いてみました。
そうしたら、、、
「はい、分かりました」といって１秒で返金して
もらうことができました。
まさかこんなに簡単に返金してもらえるなんて
思ってもいませんでした。
ペイパルのサービスがさらに好きになりました。
