Amazonの障害で分かったこと
昨日は久々にせどりの仕入れに行ってきました。
普段はパートナーの方に任せているのですが
体を動かせて気分転換になるのは良いですね。
運動しながらも稼ぐことが出来るなんて
すばらしいことです。
昨日はラッキーなことに６時間で６万円の
利益でした。
時給１万円です。
と言っても、このあとに出品や梱包、発送に時間が必要になります。
仕入れをしながらもebayから売上通知が携帯に
届くのでとても気分良く仕入れができました。
そんな時、LINEから１通のメッセージが来ました。
「出品したけどデータが反映されない」
とのことでした。
詳しく説明するとせどりの出品や梱包などの作業は
私の妻にやってもらっています。
いつもエクセルファイルの出品ツールにて
アップロードします。
通常は１０分～２０分程度でアマゾンの在庫に反映されます。
しかし、昨日は２時間経っても在庫に反映されないので
慌ててLINEしてきたのです。
「慌てて」というのは、在庫に反映されないと販売できないので、
その間機会損失になり売上に影響するからです。
家に帰ってから慌ててAmazonのテクニカルサポートに
連絡したところ「現在障害が起きていて全力で復旧作業している」
とのことでした。
ついでに、セラーアカウントの「在庫」を開こうとしたら
「権限がないため開けません」とメッセージが出てきました。
びっくりしました。
アマゾンの機能が使えないとお手上げですね。
現在は、セラーセントラルのお知らせに、この２つの障害は
解決しているとメッセージが出ています。
Amazonの集客力、販売力は物凄いですが、それだけに頼ると
かなり危険だと改めて実感しました。
Amazon一本で生計を立てている人は他のプラットホームや
ネットショップ、ebay輸出なども検討することをお勧めします。
突然Amazonで販売できなくなったら路頭に迷うだけです。
