【ebay輸出】Amazonプライムの落とし穴

年末になってくると仕入れ先の商品も
回転が速くなります。
今まではあまり売れなかった商品でも
うっかりしていると在庫切れになったり、
価格が高騰して仕入れた時点で赤字になる
という頻度がどうしても多くなります。
なのでこの時期の価格改定はこまめにしてください。
僕の場合は、１日２回（寝る前と昼前）価格改定
しているのでほぼトラブルはありません。
しかし、今回は通常の在庫切れ以外によくある
AmazonJPが販売、発送する商品についてのお話です。
AmazonJPが販売、発送する商品は他のセラーが
販売するプライム商品と異なる部分があります。
それは、「プライム」と名がつていてもすぐに
発送してくれる在庫が無かったりします。
「発送まで１か月～２か月かかります」
という風にあっけなく期待を裏切ってくれます。
特にツールでデータを取っている場合は、
FBAデータを取得するためAmazonが
販売、発送するデータを全て取ってきます。
難点は発送時期が拾えないことです。
こういった理由で事故に会ってしまいます。
今回は、このように発送時期が１～２か月先
でしか仕入れができない商品について説明します。
バイヤーへの対応について今まで僕がやって
うまくいた方法をお話しします。
結論から言うとバイヤーに下記のメールを
送るだけです。

商品説明に明確に書かなくてすみません。
といって謝り、１～２か月待てるか聞きます。
この聞き方の良いところは下記の３点です。
・自分のミスを素直に謝り好感度を良くできる
・発送時期まで待てば商品が手に入ることを伝えられる
・バイヤーに「キャンセルして」と言わせることができる
できるだけ早くメールを送ることで好感度が
さらに増すと思います。
経験上、待ってくれる場合とキャンセルになる
割合はほぼ半々だったと思います。
年末になるといろんなトラブルが考えられますが
まずは素早く対応することが大切だと思います。
