今週の水曜日は10月から開校する紙さんのスクール生対象に
放送したＷＥＢ情報交換会に出演させていただきました。
どんな内容だったのか？

■大量出品の道のり
ebayをはじめてからしばらくすると出品が
面倒だな～と感じると思います。
リサーチがうまくいって商品が売れ始めると
計算しだします。
今の出品数が30品で月に8千円の利益だから
60品出せば1万6千円稼げる。。。
では早く出品数を増やそう。
こんな風に出品数を増やせば利益もそれについてくる
と誰もが思います。
実際に僕も出品数と販売数を計算しながら月の利益を
考えていました。
さらに販売を重ねていくたびにリサーチ力も身につくので
あとは出品するだけです。
しかし、どんなに頑張っても１日に出品できる数は
限られています。
出品さえできれば販売数も伸びて売り上げが伸びて
利益を取れるようになる。
分かっていても出品作業には限界があります。
そこで考えるのが出品の外注化です。
実際に外注を雇ってみると恐ろしいくらい辞めていきます。
まあ、単価を安くしているので仕方ないのかもしれません。
僕の場合は延べ200人以上雇いました。
しかし、実際に残ったのは僅か４人です。
まあ、外注化したことがある方ならこういった
状況は理解できると思います。
その中で１年以上続いている外注さんが二人います。
残った外注さんはそれなりに頑張ってくれます。
仕事はとても速いです。
優秀な人だけが残りました。
しかし、どんなに優秀でも個人の作業量には限界があります。
残った外注の二人を使って出品してもすぐには出品数が伸びません。
そこで、考えられるのがツールを使った出品方法です。
短期間にたくさん出品数を増やすにはこれしかない！！
ということで僕の場合は出品ツールを自分で作成して
「出品ツール」＋「外注化」をはじめてから一気に
売上が伸びました。
ということでやはり大きく飛躍するためには短期間で
成果を出す方法が必要です。
だらだらと１年も２年もかけて出品しても商品の価値が
下がったりします。
商品には鮮度というものがあります。
売上を上げるためには時流に乗ったタイムリーな
商品を出品する必要があります。
やはりスピードは大切です。
そこで１０月も大量出品ができるワークショップセミナー
を開催することになりました。
今年最後のワークショップセミナーです。
このセミナーに参加すると大量出品ツールがもらえます。
