■悩みのツボ
今回は読者の方からいただいたメールの一部と私の返答を
シェアしたいと思います。(一部都合により修正又は削除あり)
> リサーチについて教えてください。
> どのジャンルもまったく売れないわけではないのですが、回転が遅いです。
> 利益額も少ないです。
> そのため、資金がとても厳しいです。
> 薄利でも回転が良く数売れればいいのですが、それも難しく….
出品枠がどのくらいあるか分かりませんが、売上をあげるには基本的に
以下の２つしかありません。
・売れるものを出品する
・数多く出品する（大量出品）
> 回転率の良い商品を見つけるリサーチ方法があればなにか
> アドバイスをいただけないでしょうか？
> リサーチ方法としては、Advanced Searchのkeywordsに気になる単語を入れ、
> 「Sold listings 」「Located in japan」にし検索しています。
> 検索した中で、気になった商品を販売しているSellerに飛び、
> 他の出品物をチェックしています。

> 何を売っているか等はリサーチできるのですが、
> 回転が良い商品かがわかりません。
> また、有在庫で自分で撮影・出品・梱包発送をしているので、
> できれば在庫数を減らし利益幅が取
> れる商品のリサーチ方法もアドバイス頂けると嬉しいです。
上記の「売れるものを出品する」でみなさん躓いていると思います。
売れる商品のリサーチ方法はほとんどの方が○○さんのような
方法でリサーチしています。
この方法でリサーチした商品名をebayの検索窓に入れて検索してみると
多くのセラーが出品している事が分かります。
そこで価格競争が起こってしまいます。
要するに人と同じことをやっていては稼ぐ事が難しいという事です。
なぜ多くの方が「人と同じ事」をやるかと言うと楽だからです。
何も考えないで機械的にリサーチするのは楽なので皆同じことをします。
やはり稼いでいる人に聞いてみると○○さんが実践している
リサーチ方法（皆がやっている方法）を元にさらに一歩踏み
出してリサーチしています。
例えば、ワンピースのフィギュアが売れているならルフィーの
麦わら帽子や他のグッズも売れるかもしれないので探してみるとかです。
そうやって探したものがもし誰も出品していないのなら、
自分の好きな価格で出しても売れる可能性が高くなります。
これって面倒ですけど、やれば出来ますよね。
誰も出していない商品を手っ取り早く見つけるなら
発売されたばかりの商品をいち早く出品するとか、
予約販売をするという方法があります。
予約販売は、急にメーカの都合で発売延期になったりするので
リスクが高いですが商品説明にしっかりとそのことを書いて
おけばよいだけです。
こんな感じで徹底してリサーチしている人が稼いでいます。
